Debbie Nowak runs the guts of the place, the transmitter room three sub-basements down from the food court that isn't there anymore, wiring nobody drew a diagram for, a backup generator she rebuilt from a unit two prior owners still call theirs. She showed up during a storm that knocked the signal dark for six minutes in 1971 and never left, mostly because by the time the storm passed she'd already fixed four things nobody had reported broken yet. She doesn't do interviews. She does uptime. Ask her what's wrong with the board and she'll tell you exactly what's wrong with the board, in order, whether or not you wanted the whole list.
