Letter from da Boss #1

So far, this has been an amazing trip.

Over the past few months, I’ve had the pleasure of working with some of the best chaotes worldwide. I’ve seen artists from all walks of life band together to make something possible that was just a dream only months ago. I had people tell me that it couldn’t be done. I had people that were impressed. I’ve had people work extremely hard for little more than a promise of working together. As a creator, this has been one of the most worthwhile processes I’ve ever undertaken. I’m hoping this effort will change lives. I’m hoping we bring back a little magick to the world.

I, of course, could not have done this alone.

  • Kati Hathor Gaia – You were a mystic, a traveler, and you empowered us with your skill and magicks upon leaving us. We will always love and miss you, Kati. Thank you for being an impetus that led us to this day.
  • CMG 2.0 – Without the CMG 2.0 crew, GZS would not exist. An endless source of inspiration, laughter, and learning. To the admins, I love you all.
  • Benjamin Beardsley – Without Ben, the ship is rudderless. One of the hardest working people I’ve ever met.
  • Brandi Veltri – Much love to you. Thank you for your support. Thank you for your companionship. Thank you for your love.
  • Michew Bellivo – Social Media Wizard on High. I never believed meme magick like I do when I see this guy at work. We wouldn’t be here without you, my friend.
  • Amy Jackson – Badass artist, badass woman, pure magick.
  • Lori Justine for working on dealing with the cats in need of herding. She’s editing a serial that’s gonna drop real soon and blow your minds.
  • Ahavah Ain Soph – Man with a million ideas. Many thanks to Ahavah for opening my third eye to the bigger picture.
  • Alice Hart – For being my compass.
  • Jamie Curcio – Indispensable advice when needed. A gentleman and a scholarly mage.
  • The ChaosPunkCollective – For producing some of the coolest shit I’ve ever seen in my life, I will love you forever. You are what makes this worth doing. We’re going to get real loud for them. I admire you every one.

What’s happening this month?

Check out Mnemosyne’s latest songs, limited edition singles from a forthcoming release, free for download! And All You Need’s A Chance is the official GZS theme song.

Don’t forget to read all the great articles on chaos magick and the rerelease of Loreley by Benjamin Beardsley over at the Magick Words section of the site.

We have KHG and AnotherDimension Art Exclusives in our store and they are fantastic! Also, check out our gallery by Magog Malatov for your look into his vision of chaos magicians in the 21st century.

Our Link-O-Rama is going to be a hot spot if you want to see what we’re into and checking out on the web ourselves.

Don’t forget to submit to us as contributors! We need fresh and entertaining minds to contribute. If you’re a chaote and you have something to say or a talent to share, we’re waiting for you.

What’s to come?

We’re going to do our best to produce GZS on a monthly basis, a true e-zine. Serials will come in bi-weekly doses to keep the party going. We will always be memeing it up on our FB page.

Thanks, blessings, and love to you all.

Let’s get fucking weird.
